"Letting in flow" allows events, emotions, and experiences to unfold naturally without resistance or excessive control. One has to embrace acceptance of the present moment, acknowledging feelings, thoughts, and circumstances as they are, rather than trying to force a particular outcome. This acceptance can lead to a greater sense of peace and calm, allowing individuals to navigate life's challenges with more grace. Trust the process, cultivate mindfulness, experience emotional release, navigate change, creatively express oneself, and build connections! Embrace your humanness and its basic needs.

Inspired by a sailing trip to the Porquerolles islands off the coast of France with my sons. These islands are a natural reserve. You can not stay there, however you can anchor and tender or swim to a dock and then hang out on a beautiful rustic stoney beach or hike the surrounding hills; where an ancient castle nestles on top. I had the best day of my life swimming here with my two boys and watching my son Gray go hunting for the Mediterranean Pomodori del Mare. Just like tomatoes, these vibrant red sea creatures much like sea anemones suction on to the rocky sides during the shifting of the tides.

"What I like about working with mylar film here, is that it's transparency is truly a state of its own; much resembling the experience of absorbing tv and pop culture at a super high-gloss frequency. Some elements are left fully exposed (mylar), while the remaining scene is painted there for your viewership." -Chelsea Owens
